Reservation Policy

We know it’s a bit of a bore, but here are all those nitty-gritty details that you need to know so we can make your stay as pleasurable as possible!

Extra Persons Charge:

Room rates are based on double occupancy. Children 17 years and under stay for free when accompanied by an adult. A $50.00 per person charge will apply for extra persons.

Deposit Policy:

A credit card number is required to secure your reservation. A one-night deposit will be charged to that card.

We do operate a “lay away plan” where a little deposited every month will give you your future exotic getaway! Post dated cheques are also accepted for this. Just call for details.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your stay more than 7-days before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit less a $50.00 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, we do try to rebook the room for you, but you are responsible for the cost of the room for any night that it is not re booked.

Pet Policy:

Enjoy a getaway for you and your loved ones – your pets that is. Bring your dog, cat, budgie, salamander or tree frog. Pamper yourself and your pet with the ultimate west coast getaway. A 11am check out is required and there will be a charge of $40.00 for your first pet and $20.00 for each additional animal. Special amenities await your pet!

Reservation Change Policy:

A $90 change fee is applicable to all confirmed reservations that change either room type or package less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

Non-smoking Policy:
All guestrooms, special event rooms, and public areas including patios and balconies are 100% non smoking.
A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your account if the smell of smoke is detected, unless of course it’s from one of our wonderful fireplaces!

Best Price Guarantee Policy:

Direct From the Resort  – There are no middlemen here to raise the room rates or cause delays in bookings. The resort directly controls room availability and rates.

No Booking Fees! – We don’t charge a booking fee so you can get the best rate possible.
